The Met Gala has been put on hold for a year due to the pandemic brought by Covid-19. But this star-studded event has made its spectacular come back this year, 2021.

Known as the most famous fundraising event for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute, the Met Gala hosts Hollywood A-listers, and fashion moguls. This event has become an arena where celebrities would ramp their hottest, wildest, most extravagant and extraordinary outfits that were meticulously planned for months.

Every year that Met Gala provides a theme which will become the inspiration for these celebrity outfits. This year’s Met Gala Theme is “In America: A Lexicon of Fashion” with “American Independence” in which everyone complies with their attire.

While there is much talk about each attire, as lash artists, we can’t help but look closer to that feature that gets us hooked--the lashes. So what we did is we collected these celebrity looks that dramatically expressed the art with their lashes.
