Professional Lash Extensions Supplies: RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Forabeli, we are dedicated to providing high-quality lash products to both licensed lash artists and their clients. We stand by the aim of client satisfaction. However, due to the specialized nature of our items, we have implemented a return policy with the following provisions:
⏰ TIME FRAME

Retail Orders: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return or refund.

Bulk or Wholesale Orders: Return or refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your shipment.

❗️ Private Label (Custom Orders): These orders are NOT eligible for returns or refunds, regardless of the timeframe.
✅ ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS
Return and refund requests are accepted for the following reasons:

Defective Products: Items that are deemed defective upon receipt.

Incorrect Items: Products that are not what was ordered.

Incomplete Orders: Products that are missing items or accessories included in the original packaging.

Expiry Issues: Products that will expire within 1 month or are already expired.
🚫 NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS
Return or refund requests will not be accepted for:

Requests made after the specified timeframe (7 days for retail orders and 3 days for bulk/wholesale orders).

Products that are not defective or are returned due to a change of preference.

Products that were received incorrectly but have been unsealed or used.

Items that are at or over 30% off discount or purchased using gift cards.
📦 RETURN REQUIREMENTS

Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Missing Items: If the return is due to missing items, video proof of unboxing or a printed invoice highlighting discrepancies must be provided.
💸 REFUND POLICY
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

Approved Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return request is approved.

Processing Time: Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to appear in your account after processing.

Partial Refunds: If only part of the order qualifies for a refund, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

No Refunds for Late Requests: Requests submitted after the specified period will not be eligible for a refund.

Request Assessment: Our customer service team will assess your request and respond with instructions for the return or refund process within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends/holidays.
